We are a "Seniors Real Estate Specialist®" (SRES®), a designation offered by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). We guide seniors through the process of selling or buying a home or relocating to a residential care community. Whether the Senior desires to downsize or upsize to live with family, we are professionally trained to guide them in this journey!

It's amazing how much stuff people can accumulate over the years. Seniors have a hard time parting with these items. Most of the time, it's because the items hold memories the Senior isn't willing to part with. We handle the process for family members, from categorizing to marketing to the actual sale. 

We partner with estate sale companies and auction companies to get the job done!

We pack and move all the items that the Senior loved one wants to take to their new residence. We not only move it out but also place all these significant items in the way the Senior prefers, so that they can continue to be cherished, and the Senior can feel comfortable in their new setting.

Anything left over from the estate sale or auction, and items not taken to the new residence, are either sold on consignment, donated, or discarded. 

We clean up the property and sometimes make minor repairs and cosmetic improvements to get the house ready for a quick sale or to list on the MLS.

Many family members want to be involved in the process of deciding whether mom or dad can age in place or is better taken care of in an assisted living residence. We are available for a free consultation to discuss all options and determine the best course of action.
