We are Senior Transition Specialists. What does this mean? We have a Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation from NAR (National Association of Realtors). We've been trained to help guide the Senior and their family through the cumbersome and sometimes stressful process of placement and dismantling of a household full of items that have many wonderful memories.
We provide a free, no-obligation consultation to identify the best residence for your Senior loved one based on their level of care. We help in getting the items that will not be taken to the new residence disbursed among loved ones or sold. We subcontract the movers, the cleanup crew, and handymen to do repairs. We get the house ready for sale to try to get the market value. We have 22 years of successful experience in residential real estate.
