We'll bring in a crew who will help sort out what items the Senior and/or family wants to keep and which need to be sold. The estate sale crew helps with getting the items ready for a sale, cataloging them, pricing them, marketing, and conducting the sale. 

Unsold items are packed and:

1) Placed on consignment with consignment shops

2) Marketed online

3) Donated

4) Discarded

You have the last word on what to do with any unsold items.

We hire great movers!

All items that will be taken by the Senior will be moved out of the house and placed in the new residence to continue to be enjoyed!

After the home is empty, we bring in a cleanout crew who make sure the home is clean and ready for marketing and a sale. 

The three "Rs" are Repairs, Rehab, and Remodeling. 

We take care of hiring the right contractors to do minor repairs and cosmetic work to get the house ready for a quick sale. These construction crews can also do a broader scope of rehabbing and remodeling the home, including curb appeal.

There are two options when working with our Realtors:

• A quick sale to one of our investors, where no major improvements to the property are needed
• Using our real estate services to list the property. The house may require some rehabbing and remodeling. The sale may take longer.
